Import Excel With Multiple Tables - Only One Table Imported

Open the spreadsheet in Excel, go to Data -> Queries & Connections -> delete the connection listed there. Save.
Delete the dataset from Power BI service and try importing again. It should work now.
Could you upload and share the Excel workbook in question?

- I downloaded the spreadsheet and all 4 tables loaded fine.
