Import Data from Excel sheet in SharePoint

Hi, Is there a way I can use my Excel sheet as data from SharePoint online? I know I can connect a SharePoint List which I have done, but I'm having trouble using an Excel file from Sharepoint. Do I use Get Data > SharePoint Folder? I'm not having much luck with that. Thank you

You sure can.

Use the source "SharePoint folder" and put in the url.

You'll probably have to shorten it to the "base" url of the workgroup.

Then browse to the library, workbook, then tab.

Good luck!
