Impala - Failed to update data source credentials
Hello,
I am trying to schedule a refresh on a data source that uses an Impala database. I am using an On-premises data gateway (Personal Mode) and refreshing in Power BI Desktop works fine but as soon as I try to refresh online I get the error, "Failed to update data source credentials: Access was denied". Is there a workaround to this issue?

This may be caused by the backward version of the gateway, please try to reinstall the latest gateway to refresh data.
Install the on-premises data gateway (personal mode)

Hi guys,
Did anyone solve this issue? I am facing it right now and therefore cannot use personal gateway for refreshing DS from Impala.
Error message I am getting is: "Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the Impala source are invalid."
But I am sure, that they are correct ( I event tried to copy and paste credentials that worked in the desktop.
