This morning we have noticed on our Publish to Web dashboard that images are not being shown.
The following screen shows no images on the screen
When viewing the screen within the Power BI service it shows all of the images.
This report is public for our residents to view and it does not look good that it is a blank page. I have tried every browser, cleared cache, republished backup of report? Republished and recreated embed codes. Any ideas?
I've seen that this issue has been around a year ago but got resolved.
Hi @Yted,
This is a known issue that has been reported internally. CRI: 79681873. Please wait for some time, product team is working on this problem and it would be fixed later.
Will update here once I get any information.
Here is the similar issue.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi @Yted,
By my tests with creating a report on the latest version of Power BI Desktop, everythig works as expected.
What's version of your Power BI Desktop? Please try with the latest Power BI desktop.
Here is a similar thread you could have a reference.
In addition, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue, so that we can have a test in my site? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)
Best Regards,
Cherry
