Hi All - I have public images URLs being used in the new card visual and can see them without issues in PowerBI desktop, however when I publish the dashboard to PowerBI Service, the images do not display in the visual. However, I have a tooltip page that shows when I hover on the card visual and additional images will show up via the tooltip, just not in the main Card. I've tried deleting the report and republishing it, clearing my cache and tweaking security settings and confirmed that the image URLs are still valid, but nothing seems to work.

Hi @ryanhuffman93,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
Thank you @Akash_Varuna, for your insights.
The behavior you're experiencing is due to the fact that the New Card visual is currently in preview and, as of now, is only supported in Power BI Desktop. This means certain features, such as rendering images from public URLs, may not function as expected in the Power BI Service until the visual reaches full support.
According to Microsoft’s roadmap, updates to the New Card visual including broader support and stability improvements are planned for Q2 2025 as part of ongoing enhancements to the core visual experience.

Hi @ryanhuffman93 It might because of Power BI Service's restrictions on external images. Please try these
Ensure image URLs use HTTPS and are publicly accessible.
Check tenant settings to allow external content.
If unresolved, try embedding images in the dataset or contact Microsoft Support.
