Imagens not loading on service

Hi,

my company monthly stores some images of the evolution of our constructions working sites in a SharePoint's site. I'm trying to do a report that can easily show the images of each project by month.

I followed the instruction of this video:

It was working in the beginning but now only the default project shows its images properly, when I select another one the image files get the corrupted icon. And sometimes it works just after I enter in SharePoint other times don't...

I'm not understanding what is happening... the Sharepoint site is open to all organization and what is making me more confuse is the fact that sometimes the PBI published report works perfectly but other times dont..
