Image not display in subscription email - This visual does not support exporting

Hi,

 

I built a dashboard, published and subcribed. However, in the subscription email, the custom visual cannot display ( it works well on desktop and web). Can you please help to see what the issue is? much appreciated!

Custom Visual name: GapAnalysis.0.1.4

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    From this article: 

     

    Email subscriptions do not support most custom visuals. The one exception is those custom visuals that have been certified.

     

    As the custom visual GapAnalysis.0.1.4 is not certified according to this article, what you got is expected.
