Hello Experts,
I have a requirement from the client. They have given Power BI Pro license to some employees, and now we want to know which user is using their Power BI license and which users are not using it. This way, if an employee is not using it, we can remove that license.
How do I get to know this information, considering I have 200+ Power BI reports?
Or, how can I leverage the Power BI Usage Metrics report? I checked this report, but it was showing data only up to 2021, not the latest.
Please let me know if I missed any parts.
Appreciate your help!!!
Thanks.
There are 2 things you would need to do.
Is in Office 365 Admin Portal or in Azure Active Directory you will be able to find out how many Power BI licenses there are and whom they are assigned to.
Then you would need to use the Power BI Activity Log to then see which users are using Power BI.
