Hello, I don't know why all icons in visualizations panel disappeared... would you please advise how I can get all of them back? I only have the standard visual , no custom visual...

You need to enable custom visulaisations when you login. From the look of your screen grab there are no visualisations appearing at all which means it is not anything to do with custom vis. Though cliched, try loggin out and in again.
