IS the problem in gateway or credentials?

    Hi JulieKucher ,

     

    To what I can understand from your post you have a connection trough a gateway correct? Did you create the connection string in Power BI Service?

     

    If you have check if on the gateway of the semantic model you have the correct connection selected.

     

    When using a gateway the credentials come from the gateway connection so the problem may be on your connection.

    Go and double check if the connection string is making the correct login.
