IFrame refresh issues between workspace and website

I am currently using an iframe to display a report on a website. Despite the workspace properly populating with the appropriate data values, through direct query, it is not being reflected in the iframe on the website even though the workspace has gone through several refreshes. 

Is there something that I am missing? It is my understanding that the cache refresh will direct query the database feeding the corresponding report at the interval specified and the iframe should update based on that refresh.

Below is what is being shown on the website using the iframe from the Power BI Workspace.

Can anyone please advise me on why this might be occurring despite several cache refreshes and the Power BI Workspace itself registering the proper data values?
