I have power bi pro licence and want to share a report securely with specific people outside my organisation so that only these people can see the report and not then be able to copy and paste the url to others. I know how to publish to web so that evenyone can see but not sure how to set up so only specific individuals can view report.

Hi @NeilRoss ，

User with Power BI Pro license could share report with people outside my organization, but people outside my organization also need Power Bi pro license.

If people outside my organization with free license and still want to see the report, only when workspace is in Premium capacity  able to achieve.

You would have to purchase either Power BI pro licenses or Power BI Premium license and use the Power BI Free option.

once you have the licenses you can then use the App to distribute the information to the users where they can simply view the data.
