Hi @ad8833 ,

According to my understanding, you have trouble in adding roles to RLS,right? Please first make sure that the email address you entered is not Office 365 groups. 

In addition, I have found some workarounds from similar issues ,hope it could help you a little.

if they did not make sense, please try to use another browser ,clear all the caches to see whether the issue still exists.
