I am getting this message, not able to refresh my dashboards.

Unable to update this data source's credentials. The gateway is either offline or could not be reached. Please ensure your gateway is online and try again. Details: joblogic: Gateway on endpoint 'sb://wabi-uk-south-relay5.servicebus.windows.net/03025cfc-2306-472f-be4c-fc72ce9449bc/' is unreachable. Please have this information handy if you choose to create a support ticket. Hi @rjmajid ,

 

First make sure you have the latest version of the gateway.
Secondly you need to restart the gateway.

1. Type "services.msc" in the search box. (or use Win + r on your keyboard)

2. Restart the service shown in the figure and if it stops, start it.

3. If steps 1 and 2 fail, restart the computer and then check the status of the service.

4. There is an official troubleshooting document that you can refer to:Troubleshoot gateways - Power BI 

5. Finally try: uninstall the gateway -> restart the computer -> install the latest version. (If it is a production machine, please consider the downtime).

Your gateway is offline, possible reason gateway server has been stopped or the host server is down

Please contact your Gateway Admin to start the service again and then you can update the credentails for your data source
