I am facing Issue in Saving DataSource in Gateway connection

Hi Thanks in advance, I am facing issue while saving data souce in gateway connection 

Error message:  

Unable to create data source. Unable to connect to the data source. Either the data source is inaccessible, a connection timeout occurred, or the data source credentials are invalid. Please verify the data source configuration and contact a data source administrator to troubleshoot this issue.

Details: gateway: Please install Npgsql version 4.0.10.0 or earlier.

Steps Followed : Installed Npgsql-4.0.10.msi still i am facing same issue

The message said that the data source credentials are invalid, please checkif your data credentials have expired, and you can refer to the following link to get more information about issues like this:

 Take a look at this- looks like you need to use the GAC installation.
