Hyperlinking on Pinned LIve Pages

I would like to take reporting to the next level to support dashboard navigation more easily.  In particular, I would like

1) ability to add a hyperlink to any object on a report; at minimum yperlink any Image or Shape (similar to text box).  Also the ability to select whether the destination is the same tab or new tab.

2) ability to add a custom url to a Pinnned Live Page.  Currtenly, only widgets or tiles created from single visuals permit a custom url.
