How to use a user with domain @.....onmicrosoft.com how a E-mail Inbox

Is it possible to use a user created for the Power BI platform with the domain @company.onmicrosoft.com as a mailbox or sync it with a corporate email account?

For example, if I subscribe to the alerts of a panel, I do it through my user @company.onmicrosoft.com but I don't really receive any e-mail.

Yes,you could. Just below，and the second picture is I logoned office 365 by an office365admin account.

I would suggest that you speak to your Office 365 Admin and ask them to update your email address and login name to use user@company.com ?
