You and the client will need a Pro Licence or Your company has a Premium Capacity and you invite the client to that Capacity.

as Joe_Barry mentioned, you need to have a pro license unless there's no sensitive data in your report and you want to publish it to web.
but security wise this is NOT the best option.
so we recommend you get a pro license.
