How to transfer underlying data from Power bi Report in Power bi Service into Salesforce

Hello everyone,

I have a Power BI report in Power BI Service. I want to transfer the underlying data of the report into Salesforce. This process should be automated to run daily. I am familiar with Azure Data Factory. If there is a way to achieve this using ADF, that would be great; otherwise, I would like to explore other tools or processes. Please provide your suggestions. One thing I want to clarify is that I don't want to use any third-party paid tools.

Transferring data from Power BI Service to Salesforce can be a bit tricky as there’s no direct way to do this using Azure Data Factory. 

Power BI doesn’t allow direct data extraction for automation purposes. But you can consider using Power Automate to schedule and automate the export of your Power BI reports.

Once you have your data exported from Power BI, you can use Azure Data Factory to import this data into Salesforce. Azure Data Factory supports copying data from and to Salesforce. You can create a pipeline in Azure Data Factory that runs daily to automate this process.

Please note that Salesforce has limits for both total API requests and concurrent API requests. If the number of concurrent requests exceeds the limit, throttling occurs and you might see random failures. If the total number of requests exceeds the limit, the Salesforce account could be blocked for 24 hours.
