create a "testuser"
1. assign this user to a role2. login as "testuser" using a different tool then SSMS
3. take screenshots that are documenting your test results and log out
repeat with step 1 and another role

In your scenario RLS is not implemented in Power BI, it is implemented at the data source (ie in the SSAS cube). You need to test it there.
