How to test RLS in PowerBI Service when the report is in a different workspace than the dataset

I have two workspaces:

1. Management Team

2. Processing Team

 

There's only one data set, and it's in the Management Team workspace.

Each workspace contains many reports, which all use the same data set.

 

How do I test the RLS on a report in the Processing Team workspace?

      Not understanding your question. I want to view a report created in the PowerBI service {as a specific user} based upon a model created in PowerBI Desktop (which included roles in the security module in PowerBI desktop).
