Hi,
I ceated Power BI report with a table, and in this table, I put the filter based on the earliest date by using TOP 1.
So, when I actually have data with more dates :
By put filter with TOP 1 DatePublished on the earliest, I will only get the latest DatePublished (today is 18-June) like this :
The table is fine, but I also put the DatePublished as slicer on top.
My question is how to make this slicer more "informative" because it is kinda misleading when it is have the word "All", can we hide the word "All". Because if we didn't know there is some value setup in Filter, by looking at the slicer only, it looks like my report only contain today's data (because slicer says "All")
Thanks
What do you need the slicer for when you are already using the filter pane?
Basically because I always think that the Filter is for the report designer (creator) or perhaps from IT dept to predefine the setting, while the slicer is for user (viewer).
You can't sync filter pane and visual filters. If you want to build something similar you could build your own filter pane inside the page with bookmarks hidding and showing visuals.
You can also add it as an idea here: https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com/
I hope that helps,
Happy to help!
