How to split an Entity into several Entities in Dataflows

Suppose I have a Dataflow entity, similar to this Excel table:

I want to split this entity into seperate entities, based on name:

 

eN.PNG

 

 

 

 

Can this be done in dataflows? Is it even best do do it here?
