How to share the All Report on Single Click

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Fabric Community Forum. Also, thanks to  djurecic ,  for those inputs on this thread.
Right now, Power BI doesn’t have a direct option to send all report pages in one click through email. But you can Try these options:

Export to PDF  you can export the full report with all pages as a PDF file, and then send it by email manually. Just open the report → Click on File > Export > PDF.
 Subscribe option  You can use the Subscribe feature in Power BI to send report by email, but it works only one page at a time. For all pages, you will need to create separate subscriptions.

Power Automate (optional) If you want to fully automate this, Power Automate can help, but needs some setup and may require premium license.
Also, for external users, make sure they have access permission like guest access. If data is not sensitive, you can use "publish to web"  but only if it’s okay to make it public.
