Hello,
I created a dashboard for a specific end user. Now i want to share the dashboard with the end users but only to "click and see", because i dont want them to have the possibility of moving objects or change text boxes, etc.
How can i do this? Can somebody explain please?

You need atleast Pro license to create workspace and add users to it. You won't be able to share with users without having atleast pro license.
If your data is not confidential then Publish to Web option should work for you, read further here: Publish to web from Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Other option is to embed in Teams of Share Point site as long as you dont use any Pro features in your report. Find details here: How to share Power BI Reports with Coworkers without a Pro License? (anyonconsulting.com)

Thank you for your help @Fowmy !
Just another question: in sharing the user can move and/or change objects in my dashboard. I didnt want that to happen... is there any way to block my end user of doing that?
@mcc1
There are two ways you can allow the user to see but not to edit the report, one is to add him as a viewer bygoing to the Workspace Setting and add him as a viewer.
Or, Publish the report as an App and include him, this the recomended way to share your report with end users.

Hi @mcc1
When you add the user to your Workspace for sharing assign him a role as Viewer or viewer permission to the semantic model.

If you and the user have Power BI Pro subscription then you can publish the Power BI file to the Power Bi service and share it with user, please refer: Ways to collaborate and share in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
