How to share a report with just a manager

We are transitioning towards using Workspaces for our internal departments to distribute reports.  We are createding an "HR" Workspace that we will publish all our HR Datasets and Reports to so that everyone in the HR Security group has access to them.  But what if I only want the HR Director/Manager to see a specific report within the HR Workspace?  What permissions do I change?  Or do I need to build an HR Management Workspace with different permissions (that would be a pain)?

As it stands today, YES you will need to create another App Workspace for the HR Director/Manager.
