Hi Community,
I have gone through some of the Videos shared by Patrick (Guys in a cube) and some of the articles as well on how to share a report using No-code or Low - code( secure Embed/ I frames ) before writing a question here .
At least 35000 external users out side my organization wants to view a report and there are not in my Companies domain (example: @xyz.com) . Is there a way to share a report with them in a secure way with out any issues of breaching of companies policies and keeping security guidelines in mind ? If a report can be shared, does the users need to have O365 license ?
Please assist me with the above questions .
Thanks,
G Venkatesh
Hi @Anonymous ,
Please check the video about how to use Azure B2B to invite external users to view Power BI content.

Hi. Let me clarify two ways of embeding in secure way because you are confusing them.
- Embed by secure ifram: This method will create a link to easy integrate with a web app. The method will require a Microsoft profesional account with Power Bi Pro licence in the same tenant.
- Power Bi Embed Capacity: this method will need a payment for a capacity that allows deep coding to Power Bi Service components. This method will also let you own the security and login. That way you can distribute the web app across a lot of external people without pro licence.
You might want to use the second one if you want to share with that many users. Otherwise it would be a lot more expensive to pay for externals pro users.
Hope this helps,
Happy to help!
