How to share Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app

Any way to let other users in the workspace use the Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app I installed? Thanks.

    hi, jyuan 

    This app enabled Power BI admins and capacity admins to make informed, data driven decision in-order to make the best use of the capacity.

    So other users could not use it. As a workaround, you could create the a new report based on it and share with other users.
