Hi,
I am looking for a way to receive alerts automatedly in case of a service availability issue on Power BI.
The link below shows a status by region but I could not find a way to receive alerts when there is an issue on our subscription.
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
Solved! Go to Solution.
You could also link the webpage from your post to a Power BI tile and then follow the steps outlined in this post to receive updates on it: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Setup-data-alerts-Email/m-p/847246
Thank you for your answer, I was more looking for a way that does not rely on Power BI because if the service is indeed not available, I guess I will not receive the expected alert.
Isn't there a similar system to Azure Service Health?
Unfortunately, I do not see Power BI listed in the available services there.
@remy_guitton Not that I am aware of. I recommend you suggest the idea here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
You could set up an automatic refresh and list an email to receive an alert in case of a failed refresh.
Join the community in Stockholm for expert Microsoft Fabric learning including a very exciting keynote from Arun Ulag, Corporate Vice President, Azure Data.
