How to set alert for individual record?

Hey Everyone,

I have belwo table which has details about User, Contract Start, Contract start + 30 Days. we need to have a first meeting with our users within 30 days of contract start date. I have created an column which shows remainig days left to have first meeting.

Is there any way where I can set an alert such a way that if Days remainig is less than 10 days for any user, an alert should be sent everyday. For example, an alert should be sent referring only to User 2 record and another alert should be sent referring to User 1 when days remnaining goes to 10.

Please let me know if we can achieve this is Power BI, any solution/approach is highly appreciated.
