How to set Dataset.AddRowsAPIEnabled property to true
I am making rest api call to GET DataSets , in response i have addRowsAPIEnabled property value as false, how do i set this value to true ?? In Power BI portal or desktop?

As far as I know ,there is not anything in Power BI to adjust this value.
