Hi,
I have a published app with 3 reports in it. I have it shared with about 50 users. I have set up RLS for report 3 so that the users can only see the data relavent to them however for reports 1 and 2 they are allowed to see all data so therefore no RLS for those 2 reports.
However, I have some users (roughly 5) who I want to only give access to report 1 and 2 but no access to report 3. All three reports use 3 different datasets. Is there a way to restrict access to report 3 for 5 specific users? So essentially when those users open their app they will only see two reports in the access pane whereas the other users will see 3.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous,
Currently, you can't dynamic change the viewed reports amount. I'd like to suggest setting a specific role for these users to filter all records. After these steps, they can only view blank visuals without any records.
Notice: RLS not able to interact with visual/report visible properties to dynamic hide specific visuals or report pages
