How to resolve QBCFMonitorservice Not Running On This Computer issue after update?

I'm getting a 'QBCFMonitorService Not Running on This Computer' error when trying to open QuickBooks. How can I resolve this issue and get QuickBooks working properly again?

    The "QBCFMonitorService Not Running" error in QuickBooks occurs when the service fails to start, preventing multi-user mode. Restarting the service or reinstalling QuickBooks can resolve the issue.
