How to replace an existing dataset / New Get Data option

I have worked reports with data models created in Excel through Power query and power pivot add-ins, with the new update and the change of the Get Data option, when loading a data model with the same name it does not replace the old model but loads the model again. Someone knows or can help me with some possible solution for the issue

    Hi KDubois ,

     

    Get data is used to get a new data source, and it does not overwrite the original model, even if the name is the same.

    If you want to replace an existing dataset, you may consider replacing the data source and republishing it here.
