Hi All,

I have generated following structure using List in report builder. while everything is working fine what I want is that like column headings in table , this columns of the list should also get repeated in every page of the report but unable to figure out how to achieve it.

Kindly suggest.

Hi @v-janeyg-msft

I have already tried that but while it working for the Table, not working for the List.  In this design I have created List Inside another List. The first list contains all the headers and the second contains the data which is going to be repeated but the solution is not working for me in this case.

While here I can see various options to add Media/Images I haven't seen any option to add RDL file so that I can share the file with you.

Sorry, AFAIK, this is the only way to make each page contain column headers, if you really mind, you can change all to table format. Otherwise, you need to set up a separate page for each page.

Hi, @Anonymous

Yes, You can do it by changing the setting.

To display column headers on multiple pages:

  1. Right-click the row, column, or corner handle of a tablix data region, and then click Tablix Properties.

  2. In Column Headers, select Repeat header columns on each page.

  3. Click OK.
