How to publish report to public when "publish to web" function was disabled by Power BI admin

Hi All,

I'm urgently need to publish a Power BI report to web (all people on web can access the link), but just found out our company Power BI admin had blocked the "publish to web" function ...  Do you know is there another way to do so ?

3 requirements need:

1. User don't need to have pro license

2. Filtering can be used by user

3. User can download backend visual data out. (just like export data from visual on Power BI service)

Thanks a lot for your help.

@TWMY1014 Well, you could sign up for a free trial and use a personal email. That would provision your own Power BI tenant with technically your own AAD, etc.

@TWMY1014 Options:

  1. Beg and plead with your admin to turn on that feature just for you
  2. Spin up a new tenant and publish it yourself

Hi Greg,

Sadly, I don't have access on AAD for option 2 ...

Thanks.

@Greg_Deckler , thanks and opiton 2 was work.

But I have another issue, my report size on desktop was 950 (height) * 1800 (width) px, seems every choice prior publish to web option can't fit the report (below), is there a way to customized on report page size ? (I know the iframe html website link can manual adjust that, but assume if I place the link on email (so I'll use the link on top), what should I do and any suggestion ?

Thanks a lot.
