I found some similar posts which might be helpful to solve your issue:

Transaction (Process ID) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim (Msg 1205)

Transaction (Process ID 83) was deadlocked RSS

Error: ‘Transaction (Process ID 83) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.’ In revenue batch.

Transaction (Process ID 83) was deadlocked

This questions is marked as solved, but it's not.

The knowledge of deadlock in SQL Server doesn't help much when we are running a dataflow and the actual execution steps are not fully managed by us.

The point is: What is the dataflow doing to create a deadlock? <---- this question was never solved although the thread got marked as solved
