It's a great idea - you might want to raise it at ideas.powerbi.com .

 

Not sure if Deneb or Charticulator visuals can do this.

I tried both Deneb or Charticulator but they dont have a luxary for changing the axis the way I explained. 

 

I will update when I found a solution.
