How to make Power BI dashboard public (available to everyone within organization) - Office 365

Hello Team,

does anyone know how i can make sure everyone within organization has read only access to my power ni dashboard? or do i need to share my rdashboard manually by entering individuals emails ID's?

You can share it out to a group that contains everyone. Or can use an App workspace and when publishing it just choose the option for Entire organization.
