How to make ’My Workspace' unusable
Hi,
My customers are NG at using 'My Workspace' from their company's security policy.
Please let me know how to make ’My Workspace' unusable.
I know that there is no function as a specification of PBI.
Even if I use irregular methods, I wanna make ’My Workspace' unusable.

I'm afraid you can't disable the My Workspace in power bi service. But if you are the admin of your group, you can enable or disble the feature of creating app workspace by group member by admin portal->tenant settings-> workspace settings. You can aslo configure other settings like export and share settings, content pack and app settings, etc.

Our problem is that there is a storage area 'My Workspace' that the administrator can not manage.

This is not available in current. You can only disable App workspace. However, if your requirement is to restrict the content which your group member can view, you can set RLS in your report.
