Hello Everyone,
We are planning to implement standard report templates for the report development across the organization, we have developed report template files (pbit) which consist of all the standards.
When we develop reports using desktop application we load these templates , but when we develop report using power bi services by using create report option we don't find the way to load the report standard templates.
Is there any way we can load report templates when we click on the create report option under the semantic model ?.
Thank you in advance.

@Shailendra_NR, if that is the case, you have two options -
1. You as a Power BI admin have to upload the report template (PBIX) to their workspaces.
2. If the dataset is going to be same for all the users, you can ask them to create a copy of the master report on Power BI Services.
Let me know if you want to know more about #2.
Hi @Shailendra_NR ,
You can only import PBIX, RDL & XLSX file formats to Power BI Services.
Instead of keeping a PBIT you will have to use PBIX. You will have to share the copy of that PBIX to every user/developer.
Thank you gaurav-lakhotia for your response.
End users are creating report using power bi services , not power bi desktop application.
In this case is there any way we enforce users are picking standard report templates for the reports development.

We have multiple workspace , each woprkspace carry multiple semantic model.
The option what you have suggested works well when we have signle semantic model , when we have multiple semnatic model do you have any other option how to deal with this.
And ,Is there anywasy we can change the semnatic model connectivity within power bi services .
Thank you for your suggestions on this
Thanks for gaurav-lakhotia's concern about this issue.
Hi @Shailendra_NR ,
Currently there is no support for uploading template files to the Service, nor is there support for using templates when creating reports from the semantic model, only Save as a copy of an existing report can be used to fulfill the requirement.
Therefore, I'm afraid there is no better option than gaurav-lakhotia's suggestion.
