How to keep a Horizontal/Tile Slicers from adjusting while selecting/scrolling?

Hi, I am currently trying to create a hierarchy-type visualization. I am using horizontal oriented slicers in order to show this. As such, I have a particular slicer that has many different selection options, and when I scroll to select futher in my slicer, I am having an issue in keeping the slicer in tact in terms of sizing of the visual. 

Is there any way to keep a tile/horizontal slicer in tact even if you scroll and select?
