How to join dataset in PowerBI?

Hi, I have 2 datasets. Dataset #1 is very huge, while Dataset #2 is small size.

How can i join 2 datasets in PowerBI? The idea is to schedule a refresh only for a small datasets, and not to refresh big dataset, to same time for updating the dataset.

To Refresh in differente times, just schedule in different times...
