How to install power bi robots

I have installed power bi robots to connect power bi reports to Smart TV but it showing a blank screen after pasting URL to the TV, In robots when i do test playlist execution it shows error  "Could not start Power Bi Embedded Capacity. Please validate your Services Principal and Power Bi Embedded Parameters" how to solve this problem, plz help me
