How to import json while creating a report in power bi service

Hello All,

I have been given a task to create a report on app.powerbi.com (through "create report" in Service)

I am struggling to find out the option where we can import json files for consistent color theme which we use on Desktop to align with the organization color palettes.

Hope anyone can help me find the same or if there is an alternate way to accomplish the same.

I don't want to change the colors of every single visual of the report manually.

Hi. There is no importing json template option at Service. The template only works at Desktop. I suggest using PowerBi Desktop for any development. They best practice will involve using desktop and version the file (sharepoint or repo, etc). Creating directly from Service has disadvantages, you won't be able to take advange of the full Power Bi features. You can do anything with Desktop but not with Service development.

I hope that helps,
