How to hide power bi web action bar

Good afternoon

If any of the community can help me would be very grateful, I need to hide the action menu of power bi web

since I don't want this panel to be seen when I share it with the people who are going to see it.

@Syndicate_Admin , I doubt you can remove that, every user will see that based on permission. You can control the option from the Tenant setting. (Under Admin option) 

They are not visible in case of full screen and if you embed the report
