How to give suggestions to Q&A Visual in a report that has a Power BI dataset live connection

Hi all, 

I am creating a report, and there I am using Q&A visual. I wanted to give my suggestion to that visual, but I am unable to give it because the gear symbol is not showing. 

But in the semantic model, it is showing 

How do I add suggestions to the report?

Please help me on this.
