How to generate PDF from embedded power bi report

Hi Anonymous,
the exportToFile API enables exporting a Power BI report by using a REST call.

Hi Chandu_sandy ,
To print a Power BI Embedded report, click on the “Print” icon in the top right corner of the report. This will open the print dialog box, where you can select your printer and adjust any print settings.
To export a Power BI Embedded report to PDF, click on the “File” menu and select “Export”. This will open the “Export” dialog box, where you can choose PDF as the file type and select a location to save the PDF.For original post, you may refer to:

Please note that when you print or export a Power BI Embedded report, the resulting PDF or printout will only include the data and visualizations that are currently visible on the screen. It will not include any additional pages or hidden data. If you want to include all data and visualizations in the PDF or printout, you may need to adjust the layout of the report or use the “Fit to page” option in the print dialog box.Export reports to PDF - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
