How to extract data from a Power BI workflow in service?

I created a data flow in service to cluster on a specific column. Data contains 800k+ rows. Unable to check results of clustering in the service as the render won't budge past the first 100-200 rows. How do I export this data to a spreadsheet or something similar so I can check the results of clustering?

I already tried exporting to json and that doesn't contain the data just a definition of the dataflow object. Connecting to it via PBI desktop returns an empty table no matter how many times I refresh the dataflow. Thanks.

Hi @pborah

I would recommend changing it from a data flow in the service to a power BI semantic model, where you can then import the data using power query. And once that is done, you can then upload that to the power of BI service and have a look and extract the data.

Can you please point me to some resources that explain how to create a semantic model from a dataflow? I can't seem to find any articles. Thank you.
