How to export the underlying data from a BI Report?
Hello everyone,
How can I export the Report data including the underlying lines?
When I export to PDF or PPT it will not show the lines that have to be scrolled in the online report - it will just export the page as it is.
Appreciate your help!
Hi. I'm sorry but no. It can export in the middle of a scroll. You can filter the report in order to get those rows in the table without scrolling. That would be the approach to help. The reports built for exporting are usually thought to keep rankings to avoid filters.
I hope that helps,

Hi,
Thank you for your advice!
I thought there is a way to export the entire report Data, even the lines that have to be scrolled.
Thanks,
Alina

You can also export the data of a visual. In that case, it will export the content of the current visual, not just what is in the full report view. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data?tabs=dashboard
